Cute, Clever Crafts from Empty Toilet Paper Rolls!

 Look at these party favors made from empty toilet paper tubes.  These are so cute and wouldn't cost hardly a penny to make.  I am so grateful to have stumbled upon these toilet paper roll crafts.
